I was about to guess that you got this quote from http://www.wxpnews.com (making the assumption that you read it as part of your network support job - I know I do), but realized that their timestamp was a day behind yours.
Maybe they got it from me. No, I suspect we both got it from one of the many eletters. When it is an attributed quote like this one, I don’t bother with noting where I found it. But probably one of the several ZDNet or InfoWeek newsletters I get. Like everyone else I have a zillion good resource sites, but somehow wxpnews.com had eluded me. Looks interesting. Thanks!
