Non-Sense of Direction…

This came to me long ago tagged as an old Chinese Proverb. Could also have been Dan Quayle. Or His Royal Idiocy George W. Bush…

If we don’t change the direction we’re going, we’re likely to end up where we are headed.

How about this one from drug and alcohol therapy. “Where ever you go there you are.”

Simple though it sounds, I think that quote had too much intelligence for either of them :)

It sounds like the story of our country today with a lot of people never giving it a thought as to exactly where it was they were headed. The bushie appointments to the supreme and federal courts should let them know real soon– but too late as those judges will be there 30 years. Of course, maybe the majority of the American people have known where they are headed and like the idea. Now that’s the real scary thought.

Sounds like that great Yogi, Berra, to me.
